Now That the Fire Has Gone

Pre-launch

Scott Mosby touched Tulinia once, as a boy, and never spoke of it again. Thirty years later the Sacred Fire has gone out, Wildfire burns in its place, and the Mark he still carries is calling him back.

The story

Tulinia burned once, briefly, in Scott Mosby's memory — a place he touched as a boy of fifteen and never spoke of again. Thirty years later, its Sacred Fire has gone out. In its place a rival order has taken root, warming the cold with Wildfire — a demonic counterfeit — and teaching that the old fire was never a gift, only a leash. Scott bears the Flamebearer's Mark, and with it the charge to rekindle the true Fire. He goes alone; his wife and children stay behind on Earth. And Tulinia keeps a crueler kind of time — for every year he spends there, four pass at home, and the people he loves will live through all of them without him.

Now That the Fire Has Gone is Book One of The Tulinian Chronicles, an epic fantasy series for adult readers.
